Stump Removed $150, small side job $15 per hour

I have a stump that needs to be removed. The tree was taken down last week. How it is taken out is up to you provided...the roots are gone and killed. It has to be flat enough and dead enough to lay concrete over. $150 There is what looks like an irrigation hose (probably no longer working) that needs to be capped or cut so that concrete can be laid. I have one leak in a drip line, and one leak in the fatter irrigation line. I need plugs put in those. I'm pretty sure that I have all the parts for that. I would also like to make sure that my sprinkler box is set correctly for winter watering. If you're here and able to fix the small sprinkler stuff while/after taking out the stump then that is what I am looking for. Minimum $20 on the sprinkler stuff, or $15 per hour.
