2 Movers Needed for Easy Moving for Music School Recital

We are a music school that need TWO people willing to move some sensitive equipment (amps, guitars, stands, chairs, mics, etc.) on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 12TH. In the early morning you will be moving equipment from our school to a recital hall. At the end of the day, you will be reloading the equipment at the recital hall and moving it back to our music school. The distance between sites is less than 1 mile. We are looking for RELIABLE individuals who will show up and perform the job. Easy job for able-bodied individuals. Nothing incredibly heavy. We have done this move in under 60-75 min every time with 2 people. The equipment will be laid out ready to be moved at the beginning of the day. We then ask that you unload and help us lay it out at our recital hall, and break down banquet tables in the hall. It will take the same amount of time to do take it from recital hall back to school. Requirements: 1. There must be 2 people that can handle loading and moving music equipment and breaking down banquet tables. 2. You must have a moving truck or a BIG Van that allows you to make the move without cramming equipment in and damaging it.  Standard truck with a standard cab works or a big van, like in Scooby Doo  3. You must be open to a 1 hour pick-up window at the end of the day because we are moving the equipment after one of our performances that may run a bit over /under. Times:  *Pick-up at the music school/drop-off at recital hall at 7:30am on Sunday, December 12th. *Pick-up at the recital hall/drop-off at music school window is from 4:45pm - 5:45pm on Sunday, December 12th.
