Maintenance Technician is directly responsible for the daily upkeep of assigned apartments regarding all maintenance matters. Qualifications: -High school diploma required and related trade school or coursework preferred -Minimum two years of residential or commercial maintenance experience -Good driving record Responsibilities: -Daily Inspections of exterior and common interior areas of the property -Janitorial work- including but not limited to throwing out the trash, sweeping and mopping of common areas, pressure washing, window cleaning, and regular cleaning and disinfecting of common areas such as laundry room, lobby, and office. -Perform general repairs, complete service requests, apartment turn-over and maintain physical upkeep of property -Be innovative and/or a creative source to consider solutions to problems -Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community -Knowledge of HVAC and boiler systems preferred -Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service within company standards -Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary -Maintain tools, equipment and work-space and ensure they are in proper working order, request replacements as necessary Salary is based on experience $16-18 Per Hour
