Bad experience at Hollywood pet wash

I had a terrible experience at Hollywood Pet Wash that I hired to groom my dog. They did an horrible job, instead of a light haircut literally chopped his coat and were not even capable of shaving him evenly. My puppy looked terrorized, very despondent, has been sleeping for 10 hours straight, they also stretched his ears and disfigured him with a very unsightly haircut. I was feeling even worse when i went on yelp and looked at many other reviews accusing them of having inflicted a range of injuries including severe nerve damages and death...I advise you to look into it BEFORE you bring your dog to be groomed there!!!. I have no choice but to bring my 8 month puppy to my vet and I intend to forward the bill to the business who certainly should NOT in the business of taking care of dogs...and they are expensive enough...$65 for a 8 pound dog that I brought already totally detangled. Feel free to contact me if you need more info about my experience with this business and feel free to share this info with any dog owner that may have the misfortune of unknowingly bringing their dog for grooming at Hollywood pet wash. I will also file a complain on the BBB.
