General Laborer Needed. Full Time

Looking for 1-2 full time laborers for 5-6 days per week. We will be hiring one person to start ASAP. No experience required, but hard work, punctuality, and teamwork are a must! Landscape experience would be a plus. MUST be reliable, drug free, and have a dependable way to get to and from work every day. (Drivers license definitely preferred.) This job is maintaining foreclosed homes so duties will vary. 90% of the work will be outside in all types of weather including the cold, wind, rain, snow, etc. W This position is a full time, year round job which will change with the seasons. We are currently hiring for leaf clean-up, winter season. In addition to leaf clean-ups, we provide grass cuts, snow removal, and janitorial services on every home as well. From spring to fall we maintain the interior and exterior of these homes including grass cuts, landscaping packages, general maintenance, power washing, etc... Please understand this is NOT a part time job. This is also NOT a 9-5 position... Hours will vary day to day. Some days will be longer than others, some shorter, but will average out to about 9 hours per day total. I am looking for someone who will be on time, every day, ready and willing to put in a solid days work. You WILL get dirty at this job. You WILL be tired at the end of the day. You WILL be cold / hot / wet due to working in the weather. (Just being honest with any interest applicants) Hours are sometimes odd, and the job itself is not glamorous. My ideal candidate is someone who is not afraid of hard work / getting your hands dirty, and most of all DEPENDABLE. Pay will start at $130 per day and will increase quickly for a good solid worker.
