Needing help please

I am a family of 4 who is in dire need of food! I will get stamps on the 16th so just trying to feed us until then. Unfortunately, I have no vehicle and St.vincents already helped us last month. I have had such a hell of a last cpl months almost dying several times in the hospital and just being diagnosed with Sle lupus and kidney failure :( so I'm waiting for disability to be approved. Can anyone help me n my family? Please n ty
