Need help with fall cleanup and a few other simple works

I need some help tomorrow (11/7) for fall cleanup and perhaps a couple of other light works at my residence in Arvada. I need 1-2 persons and will pay $18/hr. You need to be reliable and show on time and be available for at least 4-6 hrs. Depending on your availability, skills, and how good of a job you do, I might have other real estate related works in the future in my rentals for you (painting, cleaning, or could be light construction work, etc depending on what you can do). Reliability and good character are the most important things for me.
