Hello I am a blue heeler named Luna and I live by City Park. My owner is named Scott Drake and he abuses me emotionally and physically. He is constantly yelling at me and hits me repeatedly when I do something he doesn't like. If you have ever interacted with me you will notice I can be standoffish and am often afraid on how to act due to the possible repercussions. If you ever witness me being abused please call Animal Services or the police.
