Free 8 year old male pocket bully

I have a blue and white pocket bully for free to a good person. He is 8 years old. He has allergies so he need meds or Benadryl regularly. He is starting to show blue on 1 eyeball. Good with kids and well trained for bathroom time. He goes at 7am and 7 pm but he can hold it. He barely barks. He is not fixed. Im giving him away cause I don’t have time for him no more. I gave him to my boy but he was neglecting him and let him get fleas. I treated him for them but he’ll need to be treated again. Any questions send me a email
