I have some handyman type jobs : 1. Hang about ~15 blinds on internal windows. Light putty work on the walls as older rods come off (some windows). 2. Change light bulbs on both floors and all rooms - 5x rooms, common areas, bathrooms 3. Loose cabinet doors and fixtures - simple drill them in 4. Change Toilet Seats in 3x bathrooms 5. Hang shower curtains in 2x bathrooms 6. Simple drill uses across anything loose on walls, doors, windows - minimal work Only experienced people need to apply, not wannabes or new comers. Should be able to work unsupervised. Should have their own tools (which tells me you are experienced). I expect 1-2 people to spend a good part of their day on this. Would prefer someone who is handy with drill and looking for a full day project. If the person is interested, their is some fence repair work as well on the outside. I will be around and supplying materials as needed. If you see this ad, i am still looking for someone. Only serious people need apply.
