Need place for Female Pitbull

Need emergency placing for malnourished female pitbull that i took in. Please, if you know of a rescue accepting dogs, or are willing to foster her til she is ready for a forever home please let me know. She is good around other dogs, adults and kiddos, but no cats, no small animals, and no chickens/etc. She is not spayed and is appearing to be recovering from having pups. Email me. Thanks
