Need someone to reposition and level my precast concrete steps

I need someone with the tools who can reposition+level my precast steps. They needs to be moved to the right about 5 inches and leveled. They also need to be spaced about 3/4 of an inch away from the home. Must be mindful of the side of home and gas meter which can be seen in the pictures. You would need to provide any blocks/pavers to level these if needed. According to the manufacturer, they weigh between 500-700lb. Pay is $150 cash at the time of completing the job.
