Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company, is seeking a Sales Order Coordinator. Position Summary: Sales Order Coordinators support Tibbetts’ Outside Sales Representatives by placing and coordinating product orders and by providing superior customer service at all times. Training is provided. This is a full-time salary position, and the successful candidate should be able to work flexible hours. Salary is commensurate with experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Administrate Outside Sales Representatives’ orders and deliveries Negotiate pricing and discounts with contractors and customers; provide quotes and estimates to customers and contractors Order products for contractors and vendors Record orders and deliveries Train Outside Sales Representatives about new products, processes, etc. Assist Outside Sales Representatives to improve productivity and efficiency Intake customer and contractor complaints and delegate handling of complaints Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times All other duties as assigned Experience Required: At least two years of experience in the building materials industry preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge of lumber and building materials Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong detail administrative and management skills Strong customer service skills for both customers and contractors Knowledge of basic sales techniques and concepts and the ability to influence and persuade Proficient in Microsoft Excel Pricing and negotiating skills Benefits: Tibbetts Lumber offers an excellent benefits package to our employees including: Competitive wages Medical insurance Dental insurance Life insurance 401(k) plan Vacation, Personal Time & Holiday pay Short & Long Term disability Health Savings Account Wellness program Gym discount Tibbetts Lumber Co.
