Full time
Experience required and must have own tools, valid /clean drivers license and reliable insured vehicle.
Must know how to diagnose a problem and make necessary repairs.
Basic electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, snow removal, etc. Must be on-call 1-2 weeks a month.
Full benefits after 90 days (medical, vacation. holidays)
Pay depends on experience. Must be dependable and reliable!
