Looking for a chihuahua mix for a family pet. No papers! Adult is fine but would like it to be friendly with people and ok with cats. Super low rehoming fee unless it is a PERFECT FIT and UP TO DATE ON ALL VETERINARIAN SERVICES INCLUDING RABIES AND SPAYED/NUETERED as this will save me money. TIA
