Workin French macarons; there's just something about those mystifying pastries. Join us for an afternoon of fun, learning and tasty treats.  Working in teams, students will gain hands on experience learning how to make the deceivingly simple French macarons with ganache and buttercream fillings.  The different ingredients, techniques and tips to creating these great macarons at home will be discussed. Students will leave class with macarons to share, or not!  Each student will take home a packet of recipes with instructions, and any macarons not enjoyed in class.   Suitable for people 10 and older.  Please wear comfortable shoes and clothes.  Aprons and towels will be provided.
