Description

In this hands on class, students will learn how easy it is to make pie dough. A simple technique will also be used to make scones and butte In this hands on class, students will learn how easy it is to make pie dough.  A simple technique will also be used to make scones and buttermilk biscuits!  Students will make enough pie dough to take home for 2 single crust or 1 double crust pie(s), make hand pies, scones and biscuits to enjoy in class.   Each student will also have a packet with recipes and clear instructions for use at home.  Suitable for people 12 and older.  Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.  Aprons, towels, all igredients and accompanying materials will be provided.  Class maximum is 10.   Please email with any questions.
