Need 4 concrete post installed

Need 4 post holes dug, rebar installed and then a concrete post footer poured. Two holes are halfway dug. Ground is 3 to 4 inches dirt and then a lof of rocks that need pulled out by hand. Post hole digger wont work. I use a rock bar and hand dig them. You can also bid on putting up a 16x16 pole barn.
