Superintendent Position Overview: Our reputable custom home-building client is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent who wants to join a growing team! This position will work on homes in the Jacksonville, FL area! Our ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Construction and experience with custom home building is preferred. MUST have reliable transportation to get to and from job sites. REQUIREMENTS: 4 year degree in Engineering or Construction with 5 years of relevant work experience OR 7 years of relative work experience Preferred: Residential building experience Computer and Technology proficiency WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage day to day operations of construction and warranty Insure homes are built per contract, plans, specifications, and selections Coordinate with engineer as needed to insure home is built per plans and code Maintain proper schedules for accurate communication Quality Control Utilize BuilderTrend in customer and vendor contract Maintain daily logs for accurate history on jobs Keep job sites clean Approve Purchase Orders for work complete. At time of completed work Punch Lists are created and maintained First point of contact for customers for all field related items Manage in insure warranty work in handled in a timely manner Job Type: Full-time'
