Hosted by Harry & Rose Samson Family JCC and the Milwaukee Jewish Federation in partnership with Welltopia Pharmacy. Clinic to be held at the JCC on Wednesday, November 10, 3:30-6:00 PM. This is a first dose vaccination clinic for Wisconsin residents ages 5-11 to receive the Pfizer vaccine. Minors must attend with a parent or guardian and present a valid birth certificate.
