Need 2 movers and a moving truck on Sunday 11/7

We are looking for 2 experienced movers for this Sunday (Nov 7) to pickup some furniture in Fort Lee, NJ (bedroom set with one extra queen bed, mattresses, glass table with 4 chairs) and move it across the bridge to our apartment in the elevator building in Washington Heights, and then bring down our old furniture and dispose it. Looking to pay a flat fee for this job. Please reply with your quotes.
