Midtown Manhattan Hotel is currently seeking a Maintenance Worker/Shift Engineer with prior experience in hotels or residential buildings to do general maintenance and repair work which will include basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, wall repairs, moving office furniture and equipment, ground maintenance and other maintenance projects as assigned. Ability to work all shifts including holidays and weekends. Work may involve some Heavy Lifting Fire Safety Director, HVAC, and Sprinkler/Standpipe Certification is a plus.
