I just signed a lease for a rehearsal space in Gowanus, looking to share the space and share the cost of the space with one sub lessee. The space will be perfect for a solo artist, guitarist, singer, DJ, whatever. No room for drums unfortunately. I would act as leaseholder, I would provide a sublease agreement for whatever timeframe you’re looking for, ideally 6 months or more. Ideal candidate: Clean Reliable in payment Communicative No cigarette smoke, 420 okay/encouraged I will definitely provide use of guitar and music equipment for share to a responsible and knowledgeable person.
