The annual AIA Fort Lauderdale Design Awards intend to encourage excellence in architecture, elevate public consciousness of good design, and recognize those architects whose work enriches our environment. These awards recognize outstanding architectural projects, both built and unbuilt, that exemplify excellence in design while exploring the nature and science of the profession. Join us for this year's amazing celebration and fly away with the AIA! The people, the planes, the glamour, and the romance of the aviation glory years will be the setting of this amazing evening. The sky is the limit with AIA. Save the date for this one-of-a-kind Design Award celebration! AIA Fort Lauderdale is the Broward County component of the American Institute of Architects.  We are comprised of registered Architects, Associate Members, professionals working in architectural offices who are unlicensed, and Allied Members, people who represent products and services needed by the architectural profession.   Through our American Institute of Architects Student chapters at FAU and Broward College, we also welcome students in architecture school.
