Your participation and sponsorship allow our volunteer organization to continue providing the following programs and services that meet the critical challenges veterans and service members encounter and endure: - veteran homelessness - hunger among our elderly veteran community - veteran and military suicide - active-duty and veteran sexual trauma - active-duty food insecurity - food for troops - direct financial assistance to combat-wounded veterans in crisis - veteran employment opportunities - dignified military burials for homeless veterans - veteran and military advocacy Morale-Boosting Programs:- BBQ for our Heroes events at Walter Reed Military Hospital - Christmas Cards For Our Troops - Care Packages For Our Deployed Troops Learn more about the incredible impact that USASAO has on the lives of our veteran and military communities in the Washingotn, DC, Maryland and Northern Virignia areas. We also work with veterans from all parts of the nation who need direct and often, immedaite support and assistance.
