In this workshop, you will learn a bit about the "rules of charcuterie,"how to go shopping, and the three-step process to build a board like a pro. Join this workshop with a friend, family member, or partner to practice salami folding and put together your own palm plates to take home. Remember, it's okay to play with your food. Your ticket includes: the supplies youll need to make a charcuterie palm plate to take home, and two glasses of champagne or cider. (Good times and tunes are complimentary.)
