No matter what your age, or athletic condition - your breath is the best link to maximizing your vitality. It is our primary source of metabolism, before food. The quality of your breaths throughout the day control your mood, immune system, cellular health, neurochemistry, and muscular tension.
I am a professional breathing coach. My job is help you to learn the skill of conscious breathing. It's an essential life skill that we were never taught on school. Breathwork will help you to recover from injury and illness - especially CoPD, lung problems, or immune system disorders.
Breath training will give you an advantage as an athlete, so if you want to run faster and jump higher - I will train you to use your breathing.
