A large waterfront home in east Ft. Lauderdale seeking to add to staff. Duties include: - General exterior cleaning and maintenance of a large property; home, dock, outdoor furniture, garages, pool area. - Keep landscaping pristine in between landscaper visits. Leaf-blowing, raking, etc. - Maintain cleanliness and neatness throughout garages and work areas. - Assist with contractors. - Minor repairs. - Whatever it takes to keep the property up to world-class standards. Requirements: - Authorized to work in the U.S. - Excellent English, Spanish is helpful - Clean background, clean driver license - Pre-employment drug test Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and more!
