Circle of Lights VIP Event 2021 Circle of Lights VIP ExperienceThank you for participating in one of our city's longest-running holiday traditions. We value your partnership and supoort of Downtown Indy, Inc. and our city at large. As a sign of our gratitude, please join us at Hilbert Circle Theatre on November 26 from 6-8 p.m. for a VIP Circle of Lights experience. The event will feature food, drinks and of course our favorite jolly ole holiday friend, Santa! In accordance with Hilbert Circle Theatre, our host for this event, we ask that all attendees be vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination upon arrival. Because central Indiana needs a strong and vibrant core, Downtown Indy, Inc. exists to continually improve Downtown Indianapolis.
