Participants will gain an overview of the current state of COVID-19 crisis in the United States including risk factors and mental health concerns for BIPOC Communities
. We will address the current state of vaccine hesitancy in BIPOC communities
, exploring the history of mistrust regarding vaccines and the medical field.
We will also learn healthy coping skills to manage COVID-19 related mental health concerns and explore Grass Roots efforts to provide resources and vaccine education to BIPOC communities
Attendance is free, 1.5 CEU's are offered for $15
