Missing man,dog and Honda pilot

Fiance left on the evening of nov.2 in my black Honda pilot suv with brindle pit bully to go pick up my prescriptions at Walgreens in fernley after bone surgery and did not return. There are stickers on the back window that say" I hate stupid people" and one that says " don't judge my pitbull and I won't judge your kids" I am extremely worried and sitting here in extreme pain.
