The Healing Project DFW presents: Men/ality Evolving Now M.E.N.Men/ality Evolving Now M.E.N. is focused on breaking the stigma of mental health in men and eliminating the “societal norms” set in place to hold us all back from growing to our full potential. In a world where men are looked at to be strong at all times, when we have a moment where that strength is not up to par - it can cause a lot of emotion. Come join us to invest in yourself and your mental well-being. Come ready to get a workout both physically and mentally! Each class will focus on one topic based on the journey of growth, evolving our mentality, and breaking down the male machismo. We believe in the power of story-telling and the growth that will unfold as we take accountability for our own health and happiness.
