Join us for a walking meditation into a mini redwood forest where we will explore the beauty and healing magic of Mother Nature. Imagine immersing yourself completely in nature and intentionally using all five senses – touch, sight, hearing, smell, and taste as a form of therapy and moving meditation. Join me Annie Chang (Healer + Intuitive) and Violet Vang (Oracle Card Reader + Vocal Channeler) for ✨The Art of Forest Bathing✨ a journey into the wilderness where we will explore the beauty and healing magic of Mother Nature. 🌳🍃 During this ceremony you will be guided on a half mile hike (one mile total) into a stunning redwood forest in the middle Orange County. There will be plenty of time to relax and take in the medicine of the fresh forest air, the trees, the leaves, the sunbeams and the sounds of nature. You will then be provided with a sequence of sensory exercises designed to calm the mind and body, preparing you to receive the hands on energy healing by Annie (integrated energy therapy) and Violet (tuning fork therapy and light language) helping you to release, heal and harmonize on all levels. Violet will also be offering a one card pull reading for anyone interested in a channeled message from your guides. A light snack and refreshment will be served. Please bring other food or drinks for a post hike picnic.
