An Intimate Five Course Dinner of Avant-Garde Cuisine Curated Cuisine Modern Techniques Artistic Approach Summer of 2021, Transplant & Root Hospitality will present The Table in partnership with CookLoft @ Venue 221 Downtown Knoxville. Guests will experience a five course menu with artisanal wine pairings from DL of Downtown Wine + Spirits. Guests are welcome to Bring Their Own Beverage or purchase the Pairing Package at $35.00 per person directly through DL of Downtown Wine + Spirits (865.525.7575). Complimentary Still & Sparkling water for all guests. Membership Complimentary, Gratuity Not Included. COVID 19 POLICY In order to assist in the mitigation of the coronavirus. We are currently requesting All Guests provide Proof of Full Vaccination or have a Negative Covid 19 Test Result within 48 hours of dining, in our intimate, indoor event spaces. As a small business, we understand that there is a lack of regulation & guidance. At Transplant & Root Hospitality, we believe leadership is required in times of fear. We want our guests to be confident with their hard earned dollars. Guests can feel comfortable knowing that 5 of 6 team members have fully vaccinated, and will continue in stringent cleaning procedures & mask wearing during service. We kindly ask that if you disagree with our policy, you simply decline on indoor ticket events but follow us on our social media to join our outdoor events with less mandate required. Once you respond to this email with your vaccination verification, we will hold your document on file for one year so you do not need to provide it with every ticket purchase. If you are sharing a Negative Test, it must match your name & date within 48hrs for indoor entry. Permitance will not be allowed nor a refund of ticket purchase available. However, if you become ill or your test result is not negative, no worries, we will gladly transfer your tickets to a future Table when you have recovered to full health. Transplanted from backpacking America & growing his career in Georgia, Florida & ending with a decade in Chicago, Michelin Starred Chef, Brian Runge hand prepares Avant Garde, multi course menus using modern technique with an artistic approach. Esperanza Castillo Runge grew up in the Foothills of the Smokies then experienced travel, school, community organizations, career & leisure in Argentina, North Carolina, Colorado alas, landing in Chicago for fifteen years. She replanted with husband, Brian & their two sons in 2017. Esperanza provides experienced travel advise along with personalized concierge services such as private tourism, local premier packages & en suite Concierge arrival amenities. The first of us to Transplant from Chicago was DL Bergmeier. He is the General Manager of local artisanal beverages at Downtown Wine & Spirits & our colleague of wine service at every culinary experience with Brian & Esperanza. Transplant & Root also provides our plate ware, silverware, glassware, linens and table decor. The three of us customize every experience for our guests & clients. Transplant & Root Hospitality curates an intimate dinner club of 30 seats per night in Knoxville, TN. An inclusive table, we welcome any ticketed guest interested in a good time with strangers, family, friends among artistic cuisine & small batch wines.
