General Labor to assist Apartment Manager with maintenance task. This is part-time temporary work as needed. You need not be a master of any trade, just be willing to take direction and learn. This is a contract labor position, more details below. Some of the items on our list. • Hanging cabinets and Doors • Door and Door jam repair • Drywall repair • Lock rekey - change • Window blind install and repair • Plumbing - all aspects • Tile Repairs • Painting • Electrical outlets and switches • General service request • Special projects Any maintenance as related to real property. What you will need: • You will need to possess all necessary tools. • Will need reliable transportation, preferable a truck.
