We'll have family-friendly activities, snacks, poetry performances, presentations by youth community leaders, a live muralist, and opportunities for you to share your tree-related ideas, thoughts and experiences with us!
The PVD Tree Plan is a project to create a vision and an action plan for building a just, resilient and equitable urban forest in Providence. We are a coalition of partners--led and guided by Black, brown and Indigenous community members from the neighborhoods which have the fewest trees, and suffer the greatest harms from environmental injustice. We want you to join us!
