Skilled Contractor needed to work on remodel team to do various functions of the remodel process or a person with general knowledge of construction with the ability to learn. Pay will be dependent on skill, but basic pay range would be $10-$20/hour for a full time position. We are NOT looking for someone who does not want to work full time. The person we are looking for would have these basic skills: 1. Ability to follow directions. 2. Must have transportation. 3. Ability to paint or a good general knowledge of painting or ability to learn. 4. Ability to lift normal construction materials. 5. Ability to do demolition. 6. General knowledge of measurements with a tape measure. 7. Ability to do light drywall work or a general knowledge of drywall or ability to learn. 8. Ability to do light flooring, example lay or help lay LVP flooring and shoe molding or a general knowledge of flooring or ability to learn. 9. Ability to do light framing or a general understanding of framing or ability to help with framing or ability to learn. 10. Ability to install light fixtures or general knowledge or ability to learn. 11. Ability to install toilets, sinks, faucets, or general knowledge or ability to learn. 12. Ability to go on a ladder to reasonable heights. 13. Ability to go under a house if necessary. 14. Ability to do carpentry or general knowledge or ability to learn. Job Duties: 1. Must have transportation. 2. Tools are a plus but not required, we have tools. 3. Work with supervisor. 4. Follow directions. 5. Work with supervisor doing Painting. 6. Work with supervisor doing Demolition. 7. Work with supervisor doing Plumbing. 8. Work with supervisor doing Drywall. 9. Work with supervisor doing Electrical. 10. Work with supervisor doing Cabinetry. 11. Work with supervisor doing Flooring. 12. Work with supervisor doing Framing.
