Havanese 4 month puppy to rehome

Rehoming a havanese puppy. She is just over 4 months. We got her at 8 weeks. She does have her shots besides rabies as she just got to age for that. She is good not fully potty trained but tries to use pads. Unfortunate circumstances have us moving quickly and can't have her. She will come with leash, collar, harness,and a few toys we bought. Rehoming fee of 650 which is a loss from what we paid for her but also want to be sure she is going to a good home. She is a good dog good with kids and animals.
