This is an Annual Legislative Celebration between the Legislative Black and Hispanic Caucus. The Florida Legislative Black Caucus is composed of twenty-seven (27) members of the Florida Legislature. Their are six (6) within the Florida State Senate and twenty-one (21)within the Florida House of Representatives. The Florida Conference of Black State Legislators Foundation in partnership with the Florida Legislative Black Caucus offers financial support to eligible students statewide designated as "In Need Status" to assist them in completing their higher education goals. Annually, the Foundation host its Scholarship Gala Celebration raising funds through contributions from public and private partners. This premier event enables our organizations to award Scholarships to students. If not for their support, deserving students would not have an opportunity to continue their education.
