Come Celebrate 129 Years of God's Grace with us @ 10 am - Game & Tailgating Following Worship! Dress in your Favorite Team's Attire! After 18 plus months of isolation, uncertainty and panic, we thought this would be a perfect time to think outside the box and have our anniversary celebration this year to reflect the concept it is most often referred to in the Black Church as “HOMECOMING” Therefore, this year we will take on the atmosphere of a college/high school Homecoming which Kicks Off, on Friday Night with a “Praise Pep Rally” at 6:30pm on the campus of New Monumental. Saturday will feature a “Homecoming Dance” where we will crown a King & Queen and host a Silent Auction Fundraiser at the Bessie Smith Cultural Center with a Donation of $45. Then on Sunday, we will climax with a Homecoming Worship Service where we will come dressed in our favorite sports team attire and Praise God for 129 Years of His Grace, featuring our Special Guest, Gospel Recording Artist, Monica Lisa Stevenson and the New Monumental's Anniversary Choir. Lastly, following service we will gather on campus in the back Parking Lot to Tailgating and Watch the Titans vs Saints Game on a 20-foot screen. Please join us and bring your tailgating gear, trucks, grills, food and team spirit with you! This weekend promises to be filled with faith, fun, food, and fellowship for the entire community and the greater Chattanooga area!
