Strong worker needed/ part time

As of right now I need a strong Man or Woman to help haul desks and misc items out of a church basement. Some disassembly required. Handy man type skills would be helpful but not necessary. Tools would be helpful but not necessary. Also I would need help removing some old loose furnaces and other misc items from residential basement. Fair pay. Cash on completion of job. Same day. A couple references would be nice. Minimal criminal record preferred. Or none would be ideal. I assure you no judgment here. Some of my clients require my laborers have no felony record.
