A young SF tech couple is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant/ House Manager. This couple is about to take the next step in their lives - they want to hire someone who has worked for HNW clients/families and has a huge network in the Bay Area. They want to hire someone who can take control of their personal lives - and has a no job too small mentality. They want someone who can do grocery shopping, coordinate with their dog walker and housekeeper, manage both of their calendars/schedules, help out with some business support, coordiante with other residences in the country and travel to manage them as needed and more! They just bought a home in Ross, and they want someone who can work with the vendors/contractors/interiors designers/etc and has a big black book with good contacts! Schedule is M-F, but we want to find someone who understands that these clients live a busy lifestyle Candidate must have a college degree, and a minimum of 10 years recent full time experience working for HNW clients in the Bay Area as a House Manager -managing staff of 5+, dealing with controllers in the Business Family Office etc. LOCAL candidates only please. This client specifically wants a House Manager who is local and has a rolodex of contacts in the Domestic world. There is a family office based in the Presdio, so you should have a car.
