New Fence

I need the redwood fence between myself and my neighbor replaced. I have included photos so you can see the current setup. The neighbors are friendly. So there is access from both sides. But, I have some tall Italian cypress trees and a plastic shed that can’t be moved on my side. Overall, this is about 85 feet of redwood fence. I would also like to have the old fence debris hauled away. I will buy all materials and I am looking for a labor only deal. I can be present during building just in case I need to go to Home Depot. Please tell me how much you would charge me. I can pay cash.
