Job description Compensation $18.00 DOE/hourly Hiring bonus paid in 2 increments at 90 days and 6 months Resume must show Janitor/Handyman experience to be considered This is a janitor/handyman position and may include other locations in the same general area. We are a storage facility company looking for a maintenance professional with must have hands on experience performing a variety of plumbing, and general building repair with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan various projects and maintain a high level of productivity without direct supervision. The right candidate must also have the following basic skills: sales, some computer literacy, good customer service skills, can professionally resolve customer issues, and have the ability to walk the large facility throughout the day. Requirements: Basic janitorial duties.- Clean and maintain office and storage areas, trash pick-up, graffiti clean-up & maintain landscaped areas. - Basic Computer, negotiation and people skills.
