2 kittens Any no kill shelters?

Two little kittens, beautiful and sweet, both male, showed up in the neighborhood... I cannot have any pets however I'm concerned what will happen to them as the days get colder they really do need to have homes. Are there any no-kill shelters within 25 miles. I'm guessing they are about 4 to 6 weeks old. Not sure because I don't know much about kittens
