Stolen backpack

Black backpack stolen on Sunday morning, 10/31/21. At the time, it contained a nalgene type water bottle, a turquoise hydro flask type water bottle with stickers on it, a key and ID on a lanyard related to an Oregon college and a pink wallet containing an Oregon driver license. Saw a man with very short hair (w/his gray pitbull) walking around town with the backpack but did not want to confront him. The police were called. This happened near City Hall. If you happen to see the backpack or any of it's contents discarded anywhere, the information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. **The person wearing the backpack in this photo is the owner of it, NOT the person who stole it.
