Growing company is looking for a warehouse expeditor and delivery driver. Position summary: Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the shipping and receiving operations. Duties include merchandise receipt, product warehousing, loading/unloading trucks and job site delivery of product. The employee is responsible for the safe operation of company vehicles and maintaining the warehouse in an efficient manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. • Facilitate the shipping and receiving of product; including load/unload vendor supply trucks and delivery of product. • Properly receive merchandise • Reconciliation of delivery manifests to purchase orders • Receipt entry • Filing vendor claims for damaged/missing product. • Organize merchandise and maintain warehouse • Properly handle goods to deliver to customers. • Run customer pick up at warehouse. • Coordinate delivery schedules with customers. • Deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner. • Collect balance due on orders at time of delivery as required • Maintain cleanliness of showroom and warehouse. • Schedule delivery truck for required maintenance. • Perform any other duties as assigned by manager. Minimum Requirements • The individual must be able to move bulky/oversized material with the aid of lifting equipment (product can be in excess of 100 lbs). • A valid WA state driver's license to make customer deliveries is required to successfully fulfill the requirements of this position. • Ability to safely operate a box truck (18’) • High School diploma or equivalent • Good communication & math skills • Ability to use Microsoft Office products. • Candidates applying for this position must be willing to submit to routine background checks/drug screening.
