Property Maintenance Helper – Seattle area! Property management company looking for maintenance person to help with property clean up, landscaping, small repairs, painting, renovations and move out/ move in transitions at multiple properties. Experience would be great but not required. To be successful in this position we are looking for the following: -Self motivated and able to work well with others or on their own. Majority of time spent will be working with others. -Willingness to learn hands on skills in painting, landscaping, small drywall repairs, plumbing and problem solving -Must be able to be professional and maintain a professional appearance -Job requirements include a significant amount of physical labor and must be able to complete this type of work without any restrictions. May include working in tight spaces, lifting, bending and using a ladder. -Ideal candidate will also have opportunity to move into different maintenance roles -Compensation will start in the $18-22 per hour range depending on experience.
