Residential Helper Needed Independent Contractor needed to assist owner Tuesdays, 10am-3pm and Wednesdays, 8am-3pm weekly. Regular duties include watering and blowing yards, cleaning/organizing items, collecting trash and taking to curb, refilling birdfeeders, etc., with occasional dump runs, and handyman tasks. Home is located in attractive Monterey area, near Del Monte Center. You are looking for on-going work, speak English, are conscientious, have a broad basic skill set, and own a reliable vehicle. Earn $200 to start for 13 hours weekly completing a written work list of duties with pay increases based on proven performance, reliability and attitude.
