Rex is need of a new home. He enjoys his heat lamp that he comes with on a timer. He is in need of a new enclosure though. Every 2 days Rex is fed a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots with some strawberries or another fruit that is in season. In between feedings days he gets a baby size carrot (washed of course) or a slice of apple or some worms found outside in the non-treated garden. Rex was used to being handled everyday but he was my son's tortoise and my son has now moved out and now Rex needs a new home since I work full time & he does not get the interaction as he once did. We would prefer someone that has some knowledge in the care of these land turtles. Please feel free in contacting me if interested. He is free to a good home & there will be no enclosure sent with him but a light and a timer will though.
